Brittany is a Registered Veterinary Technician who has been with us since January 2021. She completed her Bachelor of Science with a major in Wildlife Biology and Conservation from the University of Guelph in 2016. It was here that she took a wildlife rehabilitation course that reignited her childhood passion for veterinary medicine. Brittany went on to complete the Veterinary Technician program at Georgian College, graduating in 2019.
Some of Brittany’s favourite parts about her career are phlebotomy, providing nursing care, and developing relationships with her patients. With multiple family members in the human medical field she also finds it interesting to compare and contrast differences in diseases, treatments, and procedures between humans and our furry friends.
In her spare time Brittany enjoys hanging out with her rescue Beagle Quincy and her partner Logan. Together they have fun going on adventures including hiking, camping, fishing, and boating.
