How much does dog/cat surgery cost?
Prices will vary depending on the specific surgery, as well as your pet’s condition. Please give us a call for the most accurate estimate.
How long does it take for pets to wake up after surgery?
It varies from patient to patient. Prior to surgery, we conduct tests to determine the right dosage of anesthesia for the patient. Pets usually begin to wake up minutes after surgery, but they may be drowsy for up to 48 hours afterwards until the anesthesia fully wears off.
Can I be with my pet during their surgery?
No. To maintain a clean and sterile environment, pet parents cannot accompany their pet in the OR. We treat these procedures with the same safety measures done in human surgeries. Please rest assured that one of our technicians will be in charge of monitoring your pet’s vitals as the surgery takes place. We also do our best to keep patients as comfortable as possible.
