Here at Ritson, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for your cherished pets. We are a full-service practice equipped to provide the majority of healthcare treatments your pet may need throughout their life. There are instances, however, where we may refer your pet to a specialist at another hospital who have expertise for their condition. We also welcome patients referred to us by other veterinarians. What is a veterinary specialist?
These are doctors/veterinarians with advanced training/certification/expertise in specific fields of veterinary medicine. Our team has access to a network of specialists on critical care, neurology, cardiology, ophthalmology and other specialties.
What do I bring with me to my pet’s upcoming appointment?
Unless otherwise instructed by your primary care team, you do not need to bring anything with you. They will forward us your pet’s medical history and the specifics about their case. The same thing goes for our existing clients. We will connect with the team we are sending you to, and let you know ahead of time if any further preparations are needed.
